The following is the procedure for preparing documents for a placement abroad. The following points are for those who have already applied, have been shortlisted for the Erasmus+ programme, have found a specific company where they will do an internship and are preparing to leave.

Procedure for preparing documents for departure

You should start preparing your documents al least 3 weeks before the start date of the internship.

Step 1

Documents should be sent to the following e-mail address: praktykierasmus@uek.krakow.pl.

Internship Confirmation Statement Before

This is a statement from the foreign employer on how the internship will be carried out. The original document or a scan of the document signed by the employee needs to be sent to the SCC

Learning Agreement Student mobility for traineeships

The Learning Agreement for Traineeships document is the most important document in the Erasmus+ internship programme. The Learning Agreement for Traineeships consists of 3 parts:

  • 1
    Before the mobility
    Only this part of the Agreement needs to be filled in before the internship starts. It must be signed by the employer and a scan or original submitted to SCC.
  • 2
    During the mobility
    This section of the Agreement should be completed if there are any changes during your internship. Send the form for SCC’s approval no later than one month prior to the planned end of your internship.
  • 3
    After the mobility
    Certificate of apprenticeship – this is the mandatory part, which is completed and signed by the employer on the last day of the internship at the earliest.
  • Please complete all parts of the Learning Agreement for Traineeships document by computer, unfortunately documents completed by hand will not be accepted.

Step 2

You will need to provide us with the following documents:

  • A statement on the number of your Euro bank account – “Euro bank account” – in the form of a scan,
  • Pre-traineeship statement” – in the form of a scan,
  • Agreement for processing of your personal data – “GDPR” – in the form of a scan, the original document attached to your agreement,
  • Confirmation on entering your mobility into the Odyseusz system – in the form of a scan,
  • Certificate of graduation – graduates (students should include a confirmation of their active student status obtained from their dean’s office) -– in the form of a scan,
  • A copy of your EHIC card (obligatory for students, optional for graduates),
  • Euro 26 insurance including health, liability, and accident insurance (general terms and conditions of your insurance must cover the cost of medical aid provided in the case of SARS-COV-2 infection) – in the form of a scan along with details of your insurance package,
  • Printout of your OLS language aptitude test – in the form of a scan.

As soon as we verify your documents, Student Career Centre will e-mail you your agreement in a PDF file. You need to print out and sign two copies and send back to us along with a printed and signed GDPR statement. Mail your agreement to: Akademickie Centrum Kariery – Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, Rakowicka 27, 31-510 Kraków Alternatively, you may bring the agreement in person to the University’s Secretariat. Make sure that your agreement is enclosed and sealed in an envelope with the SCC mailing address on it. The Secretariat is located in the Gardener’s house by the entrance gate by ul. Rakowicka. Office hours are 8.30 a.m. till 3.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
