We would like to invite Employers to cooperate within the scope of the Academy of Development – a webinars and training series addressed at KUE students and graduates. The online or on-site sessions are held by experts in various fields.

What is the Academy of Development?

It is a series of free workshops and training sessions aimed at students and graduates of KUE conducted by experts from various industries.

How do companies benefit from participation in the Academy?

By taking part in the Academy of Development, your Company builds a positive image with our students and graduates. It also enables you to engage directly with the University community, provide our students with key information on your organization, and make them familiar with the requirements and working conditions in various roles. Thanks to this, our students will be better prepared for the recruitment processes in your Company.

We would like to encourage you to run workshops/trainings for CUE students and graduates within the thematic areas connected to your operations. A single workshop should take from 1 to 3 hours, and the specific thematic scope should enable participants to become familiar with tasks entailed by selected roles characteristic for your operations profile. These meeting may be run in Polish or in a foreign language, for a selected group of students or graduates that is your preferred target (e.g. department, field of study, year).

When do the training sessions take place?

The Academy of Development will be held from November until January and from March until June. In the academic year 2023/2024, the preferred day for holding a workshop iat the KUE Campus is Tuesday or Thursday. Online and on-site training courses can be held on any day. It is possible for your company to participate once, free of charge, during the academic year.

What do we offer?

Within the scope of the Academy of Development, we offer you the following, free of charge:

  • Promotion of your webinar/training session on SCC’s and CUE’s Facebook profiles.

  • Posting information about the meeting on the kariery.uek.krakow.pl/en/ website.

  • Running the registration process according to your requirements.

  • Emailing the registered participants links to your online training.

What to prepare?

To realise the full potential of the ACK Development Academy it is worth preparing:

  • Ensure access to your video call service (if your training will be held online).
  • State the thematic area and a brief description of your workshop – up to 10 sentences. 10
  • Prepare a promotional image for our website and Facebook page.
    The suggested file sizes: – Facebook – square image – 1080 x 1080 px.
  • Set the date and time of your workshop.
