Compulsory placement contracts are signed on behalf of the university by the head of the relevant department to which the student belongs. The contract should be prepared in 3 copies. After signing the contract, one copy is stored in the cathedral, which is obliged to keep a register of apprenticeship contracts. The second copy is retained by a student, and the third company organizing the practice. - 3

A placement report must be submitted to the placement supervisor in the department in order to receive credit for the student placement.
