Rules for obligatory internships
Before starting an internship, it is a good idea to familiarise yourself with the rules on how to pass it. At Krakow University of Economics, the rules for undergoing student internships are regulated by:

Internship programme and contract
Then you need to prepare an internship programme and a contract. Compulsory placement contracts are signed on behalf of the university by the head of the relevant department to which the student belongs. The contract should be prepared in 3 copies. After signing the contract, one copy is stored in the cathedral, which is obliged to keep a register of apprenticeship contracts. The second copy is retained by a student, and the third company organizing the practice. - 3
Report
A placement report must be submitted to the placement supervisor in the department in order to receive credit for the student placement.

Additional internships
In addition to compulsory student practice, we encourage you to gain professional experience through voluntary student practices. Each practice is a chance to gain valuable experience, learn about the company’s organizational culture, face duties and challenges in the professional environment.
